Default Seeking some elusive information

Currently my 09 F150 4x4 lariat has a 5.4 V8 in it but I want more.....

Now I know in 2010 they started offering F150's with the 6.2 V8. Eventually I plan on supercharging my truck among a long list of other things I am going to do to it.

Ultimately this truck is my off road project and I use it for a lot of trail riding and mudding in addition to being my DD for now.

This is still a while out before I plan on actually doing this but I'm wanting to arm myself with information beforehand so I can decide if I do this sooner or later.

What I need to know is without modification will a 6.2 fit? Additionally does it utilize the same mounting points?

I've already begun working on this truck so I really don't want to ditch it unless I absolutely have to in order to do this.

Currently it sits on a 6" lift with 35" tires and being as I want to up this to an 8" and 37's I know I'm going to have to re-gear.

Since I'm looking at cranking out almost 700 HP and close to 700 fp torque I'm also wanting to know should I get a better axle while I'm doing this too?

Will the transmission for the 5.4 be good to go or am I looking at swapping that out too?

While I'm down there doing this I'm also going to put in a rear sway bar and electronic locking diff.

Try the gears first 4:11 or 4:56 and you will be happy.

I still want more than what the 5.4 will offer me.
