I am pretty sure you turn the key to on but don't start the truck. Then wait for the seatbelt light to go off, about one minute, then buckle and unbuckle 3 times. The light should flash three times then you buckle and unbuckle one more time. You will have to do it over again in the passenger seat if you want that side shut off.
