Seat and mirror position Memory
Hello all,
Forgive me in advance for my laziness if my question is covered somewhere in the manual.
I have a Platinum Screw with the 2 position memory. My wife uses position # 2 and i use # 1.
Every morning when i get in the truck it defaults to her memory setting. I am the everyday driver of the vehicle and it squishes me all the way forward before I can select memory # 1.
NOTE: After the first use it goes back to the #1 as default for the rest of the day.
How do I get it to default back to #1 in the morning?
Extra credit question:
My driver mirror always defaults back to weird angle. Why?

You can have it so that when your fob unlocks the truck, the memory seats will position to your preference (memory #1). When the other keys are used you can make them use memory #2.
Get in the truck and set the seat/mirrors/pedals to whatever position you want.
if you have a set button, press that then # 1 to set yours to # 1
if you don't have a set button, press and hold #1 for at least 2 seconds (You should hear a beep) to save it in memory
This should solve the driver mirror that always defaults back to a weird angle.
to program the memory seat to your key fob, follow the following instructions
If you have a SET button:
- Position everything..
- Press SET
- within 5 seconds press option 1 (assuming you're option 1)
- Press SET again
- within 5 seconds press the unlock or lock button on your fob
- Press #1 (again assuming you're option 1)
If no set button:
- Position everything..
- Press and hold #1 (assuming you're option 1) for 5 seconds. You should hear a tone after 1.5 seconds when its done saving, then a second tone is heard after 5 seconds.
- within 3 seconds press the LOCK button on the key fob
- a tone should be heard when activation is complete.
Now whenever you press unlock on your key fob, it should move the seat to your settings..
