I tried to take my 5 Star tune out of my 2014 FX4 6.2 today and return it back to stock. I got a message on the tuner that error code 11060 happened and the download could not be completed. The truck started and drove fine and it seemed like the 93 performance tune was certainly out of it. No dash lights or anything else popped up. Is this thing ok to drive 7 hours tomorrow? I called 5 star and they told me to call SCT. I am currently on hold with them. Thoughts?

all you can do is wait on SCT. It takes forever to get ahold of them, but they will be able to fix your issue.

as long as it starts up and drives you should be fine. I had one hell of a time installing an SCT 5015 in my Ecoboost when it was a week old. the 5015 crashed in the middle of the upload. I thought I had completely bricked the ECU, had every CEL and dummy light in existence come on and the truck would not start at all. as an added bonus, my truck did not have the strategy code printed on the ECU cover like it's supposed to, and we didn't know the code, couldn't extract the info from the tuner, but SCT was still able to create a recovery file and get me going. I did spend about 45 minutes on hold but it was well worth it to not have to take that embarrassing trip to the dealer.
