Default Roush exhaust

Just picked up the Roush exhaust from Jegs Performance. They had it for $150 off and listed as used. I called and they explained that it was a return, and the pipes and tips were scratched up pretty good. I figured I'd take a chance and just return it if it was something I couldn't deal with. Opened the box when they got delivered... Not one mark on the pipes or tips.

I wish Roush still did the dual split exhaust like the one I put on my 05 FX4. But I'm getting used to the two tips side by side. My wife just pulled out of the drive in my truck to run to Lowes. The exhaust sounds AWESOME... Just like it did on the 05.

You could have got it cheaper from "johnday". He posted down towards the bottom of page one. What are you thoughts on the system? I think it sounds good on the videos.

I have a buddy that wants the Roush system for his F150. Depending on the shipping costs, he'd jump on that deal.

I'm not experiencing any of the issues Johnday complained about. I love how it sounds. And my wife has been driving it all day. Cruising down the road at 50mph it's almost like the exhaust shuts down. During heavy acceleration it does scream, but I like it that way. I've had several guys tell me my truck sounds like a Mustang now.

I have the Roush on my 2014 5.0, love the sound but on long highway drives it can be a little much. I might try putting factory resonator back in and see if it quiets some. If I could just reduce the noise on the highway I would be satisfied.
