I honestly don't notice any difference in handling. Maybe a slight different and ride, because the tires are Load E tires, but still much more smooth and comfortable than any other pickup on the market that ive been in.

MPG hasn't changed all too much for me. Between 17-19 MPG on long roadtrips, going between 65 and 75 MPH and about 13-15 MPG around town.

Slight difference in power, takes a little bit more push on the pedal to get it going good, but not too much. It still has a ton of power and "get up".

After all, its a truck, still more smooth and comfortable than most, and now it looks better too.

Default rough country leveling kit

I just put the exact same leveling kit (front spacers & rear blocks/shocks) on my '05 FX4. It was easy to install and allowed the truck to clear 35" Nitto Trail grapplers. The tires don't rub at all. Take a look.
