Default Rough Country 2.5" suspension level

So I've been looking into a leveling kit and full suspension lift kit and found RC has this 2.5" level that comes with rear shocks. Thing is I've read so many different forums on here about how the performance off roading is kinda limited and how ball joints and that get real stressed with a leveling kit. With that said if you do have this RC setup on your F150 how do you like it?

I've got the 2.5 RC on my 10 now and had it on my 04 and haven't had one issue!

It never caused an issue on my 2011 FX4. Had it on there for 3 years. I had 2.5 inches in the front and a 1 inch block added to the back

I wouldn't get spacers if you plan on offroading a lot. Spacers are a great cheap way of getting the stance you want (hell I got the exact kit you are talking about and love it to death) But if you plan on the front suspension getting worked by taking her offroad, the spacer will push your control arms down to an extreme point which will cause a lot of stress.

But for the time I have had the kit, I have loved it. Have taken it off road only slightly with no issues but I eventually plan on getting a full life, this is just a stop gap.

Love mine. I take mine off-road about once a week to some duck hunting spots. Not too much flexing going on just a lot of mud and holes. But as far as the kit itself I'd recommend it to anyone, great so far!

I'm sticking with my 275/65 18's Firestone A/T's once those wear out I'm gonna upgrade to either Toyo A/T's or M/T's in a 33"

Oh Delaware? Neighbor there is no real offroading by us haha (I'm 45 minutes down 95). Go ahead and get the RC Level. $200 and you'll love the stance of your truck. Then if you decide in the future you want to move up to a real lift, you are out only $200 (hell you can probably make back most of your money if you sell the used kit on Craigslist or something)

This is my 2012 with the same kit you mentioned. Stock 20s with 34" Nitto Trails
