Ok yeah me too. A month or two back it started to be 100% unresponsive to my voice commands. I pulled fuse #2 in the passenger footwell and plugged it back in and it started working again. Fast forward to today, same deal. No Bluetooth audio manually through the menus either. Really frustrating to say the least.

I just bought my truck Saturday and updated mine on Sunday. I can tell you that it works better than it did. At least it defaults to bluetooth (if that was what you were last using) and starts from where you left off (song, podcast, etc.)

Mine still dosent default to bluetooth but works alot better Except the calling. I'll answer the call and it will ring 2 more times then I can talk

For the whole first day after the update it was like we were speaking different languages with mine. The next day it was back to normal (getting it right and/or not spazzing out about 80% of the time).
