Help - I have morimoto h1 mini, 3Five 4300k retro/projector kit from TRS, have had it for about 6 months. Nothing but problems.

TRS finally sent me a new set of ballasts under warranty to resolve the problem... Sometimes one headlight turns on, sometimes the other, sometimes both prior to new ballasts,

Installed new ballasts, and new bulbs (had extra set from day 1).

So... Now my drivers bulb turns on, most of the time, passenger side doesn't turn on. I wish I could return whole kit, but been declined (?).

So... If all the ballasts and bulbs are good, and physcial connections have been checked/wiggled, where am I going wrong?

Where the hid harness plugs into truck headlight harness, can anyone confirm/deny my wires are correct? Any advice please..

Removed relay, and plugged hid harness into factory bulb harness , lights worked ok on auto setting until I manually turned lights on... Now only drivers light works

If you have them on auto I wonder if the voltage drop during crank is causing issues

Don't use auto - leave them off until AFTER you start the truck - same problem?

They currently work flawlessly if they are manually switched to ON, or truck is started in AUTO position, which makes no sense. I haven't adjusted anything since they weren't working...

Which is basically the core problem. It's hit and miss, intermittent issue, and has left us stranded in the dark...

Ready to go back to trust worthy halogens... Almost.

I'll try lights again tomorrow and see how they react.
