Never mind. It was the ballast. TRS is sending me out a new one. Awesome customer support.

Hey guys I am in the process of trying to get my headlights off but for some reason I cannot get these headlights off. I am prying really hard and I've already broke 2 tabs. I've had the same headlight in the oven multiple times and multiple temps but the sealant just isn't coming loose.

does anyone have any ideas?

I am prying from the longest side (opposite the turn signal).

Any help would be great. I would like to do this today if I can. I stopped for now because I started getting condensation on the inside of the headlight.

I had the easiest time at the turn signal corner. I put light in the oven at 250 for 25 min. Make sure all your trim screws are out. I used two screw drivers. One small flat head and a larger one. I got the smaller one under the lens and prayed up. Then use the other a few inches down the line. Just be patient. Once you get in the groove they will basically fall apart.

I did mine too at 250 for 25 mins and start at the bottom of turn signal. Comes off super easy.

With the tabs just go around and slowly move them outward so you wont break them. Out of all tabs i broke one because i got lazy and wanted to hurry.

Beginning to end i was done in 3hrs both headlights.

So there are more than the 2 screws and tabs holding the headlight together? or am I misunderstanding what you are saying?

Also I've got what looks like cracks in the clear coat. is it the clear coat or is the the headlight lens its-self?

they are probably in the lens itself unfortunately. Maybe your heat was to high. There are only 2 screws that I know of.
