For ultimate strength you could add a roll-bar in the bed, and then tie the bumper into the roll-bar.

Like these (except of course, tied to a roll bar.) Just do a google search for Exo-cage and you'll get a ton of results)

It just bolts on, the top bolt is how it comes the bottom bolt we drilled ourselves...With just the top it had some flex, after we added the bottom it really made it pretty stiff no more flex..

Its a nice setup but keep in mind its not a push bar or anything like that..

Road Armor and Trail Ready look the best to me. I like the light fixtures built in to them, and the stout bull bar.
