Default Rear ended in new truck

Just made my second payment on my 2011 Limited 6.2l on Friday and got rear ended on Sunday! Sitting at a red light in a dead stop a lady knocked me into the intersection after rear ending me at 45 mph. Never hit the brakes. Her "shoe got caught"driving in heels.Nothing like a little whiplash to start the week off! I was irate until I got out of the truck and saw her car. Going to the shop tomorrow hoping everything is just cosmetic. Drove it away but never know.

Texting gets my vote. Truck dosen't look too bad but you never can tell. Crappy way to start out ownership. Hope you get everything staightened out quickly.

Thanks guys. Ya wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but that's exactly what I started thinking. Even if one foot was caught that's why you got 2!! Just worried bout the frame since she didn't hit the brakes. It was a hard hit.

I drove in Nashville traffic for years......Years ago, I got rear ended in rush hour traffic coming down harding place going towards Nolensville rd.

What part of Nashville did this happen in?

Yuck, Ford on Ford violence. Glad to hear you're ok. Hope all goes well with the repairs, best of luck dealing with insurance. Always a fun time.

That really stinks. Just make sure insurance does their job and all will be well.

How were you liking that 6.2?
