Default Rear door seals in 2009 SCrew

At expressway speeds, air noise in the cabin has been getting progressively worse. I decided to investigate and found that the door seals for both of my rear doors have become depressed/deformed near the top of the door. Looking at the door itself, there is a weld there that wasn't ground down at the factory, so I'm not sure if that is what is causing it. It's something that has definitely gotten worse as the months have gone by.

Has anyone else noticed wind noise or deformed door seals on their SCrew?

Was this a mis-post? Truck only has 3400 miles, and I'm not sure what tires would have to do with air entering the cabin.

With a stong headwind, I do hear noise but it's muted a lot in comparision to other vehicles.

It seems you have a defect and of course, the dealership needs to know about it to fix it.

Snap a picture of the area and post it. You'll likely get better answers to your question with a picture than without.

I I dont know if its a defect. My truck had the same "depression" at the rear seals, but I have not noticed any increase in noise. I have 32k miles on the truck now and the depressions almost are almost normal looking now. Other ppl should check their trucks and see if the depressions are normal for the 09s. Dont know about the noise though...

Cool Wind noise?

Just completed a 4400 mile trip pulling two H-D's at 80 mph and no wind issues and we had some SERIOUS winds and rain! South Florida to Wisconsin and back....
