Default Rear blocks for 150

If I install a 2" block in the rear leafs will I need to buy new
Longer shocks...?
With the tools I carry all the time the rear end is only 1/2" taller than the front... So with a 2" leveling kit I feel the rear end will be sagging

Depends. If you go with a 2" rear block then technically you don't need new rear shocks. However this will cause your stock shocks to extend even further to make up for that .75" deficit at all times, thus reducing the overall travel length of the shock. If you don't off-road or articulate the axle too much you'll be ok, but ideally you would get new rear shocks. You run a risk of overextending the stock shocks and busting one.

If the rear is only .5" taller, then you lift the front 2" and only lift the rear .75", then you'll be nose high by about .5", unless you aim to stack blocks (which imo isn't a good idea).

A popular rear shock (and the ones I run) are Bilstein 5100's. They accommodate an additional 1" of rear lift. I'm running 2.5" blocks and that's technically 1.25" of lift and a little over but they still have plenty of room to travel as I don't off-road.

This assumes you have a 4WD truck, 2WD will be different.

I used the blocks and u-bolts from a Raptor and left the stock shocks installed. I believe they are 3", no problems so far.
