Ignorance has 2 meanings. One is to be rude, the other is lack of knowledge. You are posting this topic like Ford actually reads these forums... They don't. Seems we're both "ignorant."

You mean ford service that posts in "problem threads?" Brittany, (not sure whoever runs the profile now) posted quite a few times that "dear Ford" threads on this forum go unheard.
