Default rattle in front end of 2013 desperate to find

Ive been trying to find this metalic rattle in the front end for two months. Happens when driver tire goes over a bump or when im turning right. Sounds like something is rattling or vibrating on steel bumper or sheet metal.

So far ive pulled entire front end apart:
Removed front license plate
Removed lower grill
Removed headlights and zip tied all conectors
Tightened front wheel well
Shake test and kick tested everything trying to replicate when not driving
Checked over entire front bumper
Tried to check for rocks in the frame rails
Put foam fads on anything I thought might be it

Now comes the interesting part...

I have fixed it and it goes away but then comes back yet still cannot find what it is.
And here comes the really interesting part..

Randomly in last few weeks it switches sides - so sound comes from passenger front side when front tire goes over a bump or I turn to left.

That last detail made me alsmost positive its a rock on frame sliding back and forth but I cant find anything.

Going insane from desperation. Please offer tips if you can think of anything

Allow me to assist, breensy. What's the current odometer reading of the vehicle? Please send it over and I'll see what i can do. Also, I recommend booking an appointment with your dealer at your earliest convenience. To help locate the nearest, click on this link: http://www.ford.ca/dealerships/locate/

When one of my old girlfriends bought a used civic she had a sound like that. It started after she hit a bump. After a lot of looking, I finally found it was a tiny ball of solder that got knocked loose in the bump. It was rolling left and right in the monocoque head frame at the top of her windshield. To this day I will always remember that stupid ball of solder and all the aggravation that went with it. Good luck.

Still no luck finding the rattle. I feel like ive pulled the whole front end apart multiple times.

It sounds like something is rattling on the front bumper but it is completely clear from anything that could hit it. Sounds like change rattling in a tin can.

Weirdly, it happens if I even slightly turn to change lanes. Only hear it when windows are rolled down. When windows are rolled up I cant hear a thing, nor is there any feeling in the steering/pedals/ride when the rattle happens so I dont think it can be suspension??

Do you have a level or lift on the front suspension by chance?

Yes I just put the lift/level kit in probably around the time this started.

Tried jacking up drivers side tire off ground an inch or so and dropped it and sound was gone (temporarily I assume as usual)

And right on time, a few pot holes later it was back rattling on passenger side.

I will be in a padded room screaming "the rattle!" Over and over...Very soon...

Are all the bolts on your suspension tightened up?level kit tightly mounted on the top of the coilover? It could just be the spring rattling?

Is it possible its the kit?? Why wouldnt it happen to others?

Had kit installed by a big suspension company in toronto dont think they would have left loose bolts and everything seems tight
