So I installed today on my 2014 STX scab. The LEDs light up when parking lights or headlights are on and brighten when the brake is applied. Is this what most of you guys are experiencing or are some running a separate wire just to achieve this? Also I added LEDs for the cargo lights.

Yeah that's normal operation.
Running lights are dim. And the brake lights brighten.
Hey guys. I've changed the bulbs and even tinted the factory light. Never realized what the harness looks like for all 3 lights. Is it just the reverse of the Raptor light. If anyone has a picture that would be great. If not I'll pull it out. Thanks
I'm interested in installing a raptor brake light because I like the running light option. I pulled down my headliner today and seen 4 wires, but none black with white tracer as mentioned above. Closest I have is black with a yellow tracer and a yellow with a gray tracer along with solid purple and solid orange. I took a picture and attached it. Would you say it should be plug and play? My truck is a 2011 FX4 with all options but hill descent control. Thanks!

Can't speak to whether or not it will work plug n play but it takes no time at all to use an add a fuse and run a single wire to light. Took me maybe 15 min.
I have 4 as well. 2014 XLT. I'd assume it's PNP. Gunna but shortly. Hardest part was pulling those damn tabs
Our harness looks the same, if you end up putting in a raptor light let me know how it turns out. I plan to order mine in the next couple weeks.
Before I pulled the headliner down I was positive I had 3 wires and was pleasantly surprised when I seen 4 wires especially since all the research I've been doing indicated they were in 2013 plus models. Hopefully it's the right 4 wires or I'll have to run the wire.
