There was a thread on here about a $60 led kit. Is that the one you're asking us to avoid bowhunter3d?

Also, stage3's site has two different kits. 2009-12, 2013+. Is there a difference? I kno the grills are different but if I buy one for a 6 bar grill and decide to get a 2 or 3 bar grill down the road, will I have to buy a new kit or can I reuse my 6 bar kit?

Not sure which he is alluding to but the F150lifts.com one is really nice! I've had it on for about a year now. It comes with anodized aluminum bar with maxima amber LEDs all pre wired. It's a nice easy kit to install.

Starkey products sells a kit that can be mounted to all 3 grille styles but the lights wont be centered on the grille opening for all 3 grille styles because the spacing on the grill openings are different and you have to remove the grille to install his. I have 3 different brackets so the lights will be centered on each grille style and you DO NOY have to remove the grille to install mine. Mine are on sale at customautoworksstore.com or on e bay -aka deermag.

Thumbs up

Got my Grill Light's Installed! Great kit. Perfect fit. and took me 45min to install. Just because I wanted to run the wire neatly and hidden. Works like a charm! Too bad my FX2 Grill bar blocks the Middle light a little. but she still works great! Been getting a lot of looks driving at nite! Luv it! HAHA. I go mine through Bowhunters E-bay page. Super fast shipping! Surprised I got it in 2 days! usually takes 5 for me!

Here's a Pic of this great kit on my truck!

Looks good. Yeah, I was wondering about the middle bar myself, but it doesn't interfere with the light output at all..
I'm getting close to 7 or 8 months now, and I love the way they look, as much as the day I put them on.
