Sounds like you're getting robbed right now!! I'd change your fuel filter and air filter and possibly clean your injectors. I'd also start buying some better gas without the water and contaminants.

I honestly can't see how you're getting such lousy mileage. I consistently get between 15 mpg and 17 mpg. I've never gotten worse than 14.5 mpg EVER.

I'd have some fuel efficiency maintenance done right away.

Um forgive me I could be wrong but I don't think the 2010s have fuel filters. Iv followed my fuel lines all the way from my tank to the engine no sign. The book dont say anything about changing it that I seen. I have a 2010 f150 adv mpg is 15.7

You probably won't get much better fuel mileage. I started putting in Shell Power fuel and have seen a small increase. I now get about 13.5 mpg. I drive mostly all city miles. Last winter I was getting around 11 with crappy cheap gas. Even if you do have a fuel filter which I don't know it shouldn't be bad with a 2010. Not sure how many miles you have.

They have fuel filter but it is in the tank, integrated with pump and not user serviceable nor needed to change, supposedly lifetime filter.
