Default Radio Aux Input: Default after restarting?

I'm going to install my SiriusXM Onyx radio in my new '14 F-150, and I'm trying to decide if I should use the Aux input or use the FM modulator.

When using the Aux input, will the radio automatically default to the auxiliary? If you have something plugged into the aux jack and shut off the truck, when you restart will it go to the aux?

I used to have a car with this setup, and I physically had to push the aux button every time and it got old. I'll just use the FM adaptor if that is the case on these new radios. Here is the radio in my new wagon:

Default

Answered my own question when I found my MP3 cable. It does automatically go to the auxiliary setting when you restart the truck.
