Default Quick Tire Pressure Question.........

I am heading to central Ontario tomorrow, and back the next day (from SW Ontario).
Have a full load of people, so cannot take my sedan, and opting for my truck.
Here is my setup: 2010 F150 Lariat Screw, with 305/55/20 Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac's on front 2.5" lift and 3" rear blocks, on stock 20" rims.

My question is regarding optimal tire pressure. The installer had them at around 38psi. The front tire looks too low. I want to maximize fuel efficiency, as I will be driving about 1500kms all hwy in 2 days.

I just put 50psi in the front and 42psi in the rear, to balance the look. Will this help my mpg?
Any risks associated (stresses, excessive center wear, etc.)? I ask as I haven't had a truck since I was 16, and then we were more worried about 12" tires in the back, not larger tires like I have now......so a bit new to the larger aggressive treads.

Temperature should be 0 Celcius to -15.........if that matteris (and if it does, any recommended summer pressures with my setup)?

Apprecaite the help........

ALL I can say is look at your tire it will have the max tire pressure stamped on it that's what I go with on mine to high or to low is not good IMO...

my tires are rated to 50psi and the place that installed them put 32 psi in them. Inflating to the max is not needed unless you are hauling heavy loads.

I would put them at 32-35 if i were you or call a tire place and ask what they recommend. its not a good idea to run them at max pressure unless you hauling a heavy load.

Driving with higher tire pressure will always give you the best fuel mileage but not the most comfortable ride.

Air them up to 55psi in each tire...better gas mileage...harder ride though.
