OEM coil spring is in the 435 lb/in range, we use an Eibach 700 lb/in....it doesn't collapse when lifting the truck like a stock spring will.

Does anyone, by chance, have any knowledge on the shortage of the 5100 series Billstein shocks? I don't mean to hijack the thread, but figured another thread was unnecessary. Everyone I call and every site that I go to states something about a "nationwide shortage" for the fronts. I'm looking to get them on an 07 Lariat. One guy recommended Pro Comp Pro Runners, but I'm unsure of this person's knowledge on such a thing.

We have one set of Adjustable Bilstein Coilovers in stock for the 04-08, only one set. These are not just the shocks, they are the complete
coilover. You could go with Fox also, we have those in stock also.

Not to take any business away from F150Lifts.com (they offer great products and great prices), but Amazon has the front shocks for $97.25/shock, Prime eligible. They list 20 in stock, and they ship from and are sold by Amazon.
These are what I bought about a month ago and got them in 2 days with my Prime membership. They went on the truck this weekend, third notch, and I gained about 1.75" of lift in the front. I decided not to go to the top notch because I was scared I would sit nose-high and because I wanted to keep a little rake for towing. Other than the tire shop breaking my driver's side hub lock actuator during the install (their fault - mechanic disassembled more stuff than he needed for the install), I love them. I put BFGoodrich T/A KO2 in 275/60r20 on at the same time. Love the look.
Also, like many have said, it's worth doing the rears as well. I purchased the rears at the same time and put them on myself two or three weeks ago. The difference over stock is very noticeable. It's a very easy install - two bolts per shock. There's some back and forth on whether to install the top or bottom bolt first when putting them in. I went with top first, and as long as you keep the strap on them that they ship with to keep them from extending while in the box, it was relatively easy to compress them the inch or so they needed to put the bottom bolt in. Amazon has them for $71.25/shock, Prime eligible.

Do you have any pics of your final setup...with the KO2s?

I've got to take some good pictures once I get the truck washed. I just took these at lunch. You can definitely tell a difference over stock in these pictures, but they look much better in person. Like I said earlier, I went with 275/60r20. If the 275/65r20 was available yet I might have gone with those to fill up the wheel well a little more. Oh well. Maybe next time. At least my mileage won't take a huge hit.
