What do you all think about this kit: http://www.stage3motorsports.com/ULK...ft-Kit.html#qa

Seems quite pricey to me, but I'm to the point where I'm getting very frustrated trying to locate any available Bilstein 5100's for my truck. These are available and in stock and I'm seriously considering just getting this entire kit and being done with my searching...

While S3 is good, you could get it straight from the source here:

Call up Alex F150Lifts.com and get it hooked up.

Like scooter from an above post said, I too got my rears and fronts through Amazon. I got the rears in 2 days and the fronts came in 7 days. I only paid $300...originally $320 but got discount through Amazon customer service because the fronts didn't ship out immediately. Not their fault and I didn't ask to be given a discount. I only called to inquire why the fronts hadn't shipped when the rears already were received. Anyway, not trying to take away business from Alex either, keep in mind the ones from Amazon are shocks only, no springs or threaded bodies for on the truck adjustment.

Right. The thing is, I'm in need of new springs in the front, which is why that kit I posted caught my eye. The more I look, the more I'm starting to think that, that kit isn't quite as far off price wise as I initially thought, considering all that's with it, including the coilovers. The convenience of just buying this one kit and being done with it is quite tempting.

Go with the boss kit from f150lifts. It's their in house made shocks with the same eibach spring. Great kit and money well spent.

I've read nothing but positive reviews about these Boss kits. Someone had mentioned concern about the heim lower mount versus the rubber grommet (forgive me if I'm screwing up the terminology) regarding erosion due to use of salt on the roads so that may be something to keep in mind depending on where you live. Otherwise it seems the entire set up is rock solid. If anything check them out. I've also read nothing but positive reviews from EVERYONE regarding Alex F150Lifts.com. It isn't common in my experience to see that. Good luck and let us know which route you go

Firstly, thanks for everyone's input. I did end up going with that "Ultimate 3 inch Lift" linked above. Anyhow, if anyone is curious as to how it turned out, here are just a couple quick side view pictures:

Of course, this is pre-tire, so it looks a little "off." At least it does to me. A little taller tire is on the horizon though. The issue that I've ran into is (I believe) the rear boot rubbing against my tire while braking and/or driving slowly through a parking lot, which results in a very annoying noise. I'm not sure what to do about that. Any ideas?

Got a picture of where it rubs?
