I have a 2010 XLT screw 4x4.
1. I just ordered an Autospring complete kit which includes a 2.5" spacer for the front and an add-a-leaf for the rear. I didn't like how much my truck sagged when towing my tractor so I opted for the aal instead of the 3 inch replacement rear block.
2. It really depends on the weight of the boat, but you should probably readjust your headlights down when you level the front of the truck anyway.

Just install a larger block to compensate for the higher front end and it will sag no more than it does stock!

I also vote AutoSpring if your going to do a spacer kit.
