Hi so all I see is xlt woth 6 pass seating and cant find one on an fx4, is that even an option ?

If so does the second row still get their aditional A/C vents ? Or just front one in the whole cab ? If only front ddoes it keep up on the summer heat ?

Fx4 is flow thru center console. So there's only 5 seats. No jumpseat option on the fx

I believe the lariat is the highest trim level with the available jump seat.

If you want the jump seat there are plenty of us who would be happy to trade for the console

Lariat has it. It is somewhat sought after... mine was hard to find and i need it because i have three kids and am a large man (with large kids- my 13 year old is already 6'2") and a medium sized dog. We wouldnt fit in the 5 passenger f150.. the 250 fx has 6 passenger option also. My smaller framed brother in law has this but he has 4 kids so they use all seat belts....

I got 2 kids and a big dog so we would fit I 5 pass but anytime we would go upstate I would need mofte space for 2 mofte people plus this will also mainly be my work truck and any rimet a could use a 6rh prrson rhar weould be a problem...
Anyways thanks guys for all youe help now I know I will be looking at either 2013/14 6 pass lariat and go see the new 15's when they hit the showroomS to see whats better deal and if the new one seems worth the higher price.
Any ideas on what $ is to be expected now on a 6pass lariat after all the available discounts ? (Been going crazy last few months as the minivan we use now for work is great and got plenty of room but its slowly making me too depressed to say the least)

Do all fx4 have a shifter on the "console" beteeen seats or some have a regular console between seats that can be renover and a shifter on stearing wheel/dash ?

In 2009 and '10, Ford was still making FX4's without the console shifter. They were pretty basic and the highest optioned FX4 without a flow through console was pretty much just an different colour XLT interior.

I custom ordered a '12 Lariat just to get the 6 passenger seating. I got it with the 3.73, off road package, nav unit. Not sure I was missing anything I would have wanted from the FX4. The only thing I'm missing that might have been nice is the cooled seats, mine are just heated. Cooled seats required the console shifter.
