Hey volsbear,

What's the lastest and greatest news on your truck? How many miles do you have on it?

@FordService

About 44,000. It's a 2010 with an in-service date of 11/20/10. But I have a premium extended warranty as well.

Went to the dealer yesterday. Service manager took some additional pictures and said he is going to send another complaint/ticket to Ford to see what they're going to do about it.

Yesterday, I did call Ford myself and expressed my displeasure over having to waste my time over something that should be pretty trivial to fix.

How am I going to trust Ford to fix my truck with something major?

ETA: He said the same thing about the condition of my truck as he did in November. It's exceptional. Zero rust, zero corrosion, zero dings/scratches. It's been well taken care of and (sadly) it has never towed.

Thanks for following up, volsbear. I'll be happy to look into this and see what I can do to help. Just send me a PM with your truck's current concern(s), your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, mileage, and preferred servicing dealership.
