Ford just called. Pics were received from dealer. Bumper replacement is approved. Dealer will be ordering it and calling when it's in.

They must not have fixed the problem because one of mine popped off a couple weeks ago and I have a 13. Same thing with my truck, I stepped up to adjust a security cam I installed under my carport and barely brushed my foot against it and out it popped.

Rather than sit in a waiting room for an hour or more I found a reseller on ebay and got a brand new still in the sack from Ford tag light for less than $25 bux shipped.

My time is a lot more valuable than $25/hr + gas to drive over there. He has more for sale.

I'll end up a big deposit into my ford advantage account. It's not really costing me my time. Dealer is around the corner. When Ford approves a fix they'll come pick it up and drop it off
