Default PTM Tailight Edges. Let's see some!

I know a lot of guys paint their tailight edges black and it looks great with the black lights. I have the chrome lights on a red candy truck. I'm not sure I want to do black. I'd like to do red to match.

Anyone do a paint to match color on your truck? I'd love to see some pics.

A simple search would've brought you to this thread, instead of creating a whole new topic for what's already there.....

That Thread is for painting the edges black to match the rest of the tail light, not PTM like the OP asked for. Both involve painting the tail light edges, but the similarities end there, as the OP wanted to see Paint To Match tail light edges.

To tell you the truth I want to see those too instead of just black. I have a spray can of Blue Flame Metallic itching to be used.

Can't we just help a guy without always scolding them if they don't try and use search first.
Is one more thread on the same topic really so aggravating to some?

I do still have them, and the chrome ones it came with, but they are packed away in an enclosed trailer in Indiana right now. I am driving back to Minnesota next week, then I'll be heading down there to spend a couple weeks. I'll see if I can locate them when I get there, and bring them back.

I couldn't agree more ... I mean, is anyone really that strapped for bandwidth that a new thread is causing issues? Whether all the info is one thread or multiples, it's not a huge deal. Yes, over time having too many threads about the same thing can make searching a little more of a hassle, but again I can't think of that as any kind of "problem" ...

I'm actually surprised that Officer gDMJoe isn't the one who chimed in with that ... that's actually the kind of response that makes up about 90% of his posts here.

Still debating whether I want open the light to paint them. read the directions, looks like way too much work. Might change my mind on that come January when I am bored out of my mind.

If I ever do them, i will post it for sure
