Default Price on 2010 fx4

What do you guys think I can get a 2010 FX4 for later this summer or early fall. I talked to a dealer they said it would be hard to find what Im looking for so they said I could order one and lock a price in. I just want a basic FX4 I dont need any of the other options. I asked them if they would be able to do in the 28'000s or 29,000s, they said no that i would have to go down to a XLT. so what do think is a reasonable price.

First off never offer 2 figures($28000s-$29000s) cause obviously there already looking at the higher #. Second with the "s" on the end of your offer they're thinking $29999 so might asd well of said $29999. That being said I think a basic FX4 SC is only around $36500-$37000. I would think you could get at LEAST $8000 off msrp. I know I got $10500 off msrp on a 2010 xlt but the manufacturer had $1000 xlt rebate + I got $1000 bonus for a yota trade in so w/out that it would have been $8500 off msrp.

without any bells or whistles that should be possible. But try another dealer. I priced out a supercab with the plus package and a sliding rear window. it came out to about 37k-38k. With people getting 8-10k off msrp it can be done just gotta find the right dealer. me personally will just walk in and say with my trade can you get me out the door at 30k? If they cant then I will haggle from there. But I will go no more than 32k OTD. I know I will find a dealer that will since i see so many people getting better deals than that.

I think you should be able to get it down there in price...the FX4's were becoming harder for me to find when I was looking. mine (supercrew) had a bunch of stuff I didn't really need, but now like, and sitckered at about 42k and got it down to 31,7xx before ttl.

Im going to go to a few difernt dealers to see who would give me the best price, but do you guys think that small dealers would be more willing to negotiate that some of the bigger dealerships

I ordered an FX4 January 15th and got it Monday.

I paid 8500 below sticker with the X-plan + rebates.
You can get an x-plan pin by going to the blueovalforum and requesting one. I also got a 750.00 rebate by requesting an F-150 brocure be mailed to me. You can do this on the ford website site. Don't put in a buy date. When it asks when your looking to buy check that your unsure, and have it mailed regular mail.

You should easily get that price with x-plan and rebates.

I believe the x-plan is 10 percent off, so plus current rebates of 3500, that would be about 7500 off a stock FX4.
