Ben, welcome to the forum. This is quite an old post so you may not get the reply's you need. I suggest you start a new thread, and maybe someone will chime in with help. Sorry I can't help with your problem, other than consult your owners manual. There is a way to reset the window that may fix the problem. It consist of holding the switch or something like that. Good luck.

Window may need recalibration. Excerpted from the owner's manual ...
Restoring the one-touch up functionality (front windows only)
Under low battery power conditions, one-touch up only functionality may be lost. To reset this function after restoring full battery power, pull the switch to the one-touch up position, hold the switch until the glass reaches the stall position and continue to hold for two seconds. Press the window switch down and operate the window to the full down position. One-touch up will now be functional. Perform one-touch up re-calibration with the door closed only. Calibrating with the door open will cause the window to continuously bounce back.

I know this is an old post, just wanted to say that My 2008 has the issue with the window switches, it has progressed or changed to all the passenger windows can be put down with the passengers switches but wont go up. I have to use the drivers switch to put them up, and the drivers window sometimes wont go up. if I keep pressing it it may go up. restarting the truck makes no difference. do you think I have bad switches? have 90,000 miles

I know this is and old thread but I just started one with similar issues. Drivers window won't go down. Just happened this morning and was working fine yesterday. All other Windows function normally.

This is a copy and paste to a thread I just replied to minutes ago. Good luck and let us know how it works. It worked for me.
I had the exact same issue. I'm not saying that our problem is the same, but try this first. Pull up the four window control panel. Check all connections and make sure they are free of corrosion. I simply unplugged mine and reconnected everything and problem was solved. Probably was just a loose connection for me. Always rule out the easiest and cheapest fixes first. In my case, it was free. Keep us posted.

Hi, I am experiencing a not-working front passenger window with my 2010 Crew Cab.
I have changed switches and tested the motor. Has anyone experienced a complete failure and found the problem?
THANKS!

Stuck up
I have had this issue several times this summer. I usually just grab the glass and "help" the window down, well tonight the driver window is stuck up and won't come down at all. I can here the click but the window doesn't budge.
