Popping in steering with dead spot in wheel
So I just had my 2012 Screw (with 2600 miles on it) in the shop to have the steering looked at. Here were the symptoms:
Popping in the steering around 90 degrees from center
About 1 inch of slop in the steering wheel from left to right
Diagnosis: The U-joint in the lower steering shaft failed and was replaced.
Just figured I would post this up in case anyone else had similar issues.
