2014 fx4 ecoscrew with a ARE Z-series cap. 6200 miles
12-19 without cap (fewer miles after purchase)
14-18 with cap (easier on the pedal in the city)
16 overall

I drive mostly city. and I am in Northern MI so there is not too much time on the Interstate and theres plenty of times when I drive in 4x4

2014 4x2 Lariat Screw 3.55

I'm averaging between 14-15 in 95% city driving. I've noticed that when the trips are short (dropping kids off at school), the truck doesn't warm up enough and the mileage drops. When the truck warms up, I see mileage improve. My best mileage comes during a week I have to take my son to bball practice and training either once or twice a week. We get on the highway for about 10 miles. Just traveling there puts my mileage over 15 even with the school drop offs.

A bunch of short trips kills mileage. I've yet to make a long highway trip in my truck so I can't comment about my highway mileage.

Good point on the warming up... These trucks need to hit 105 teams temp to lock the converter and somewhere higher to have the engine warm to get good mog. Once all is warm mog should jump several mpg.
