The Platinum was more quite than the Escalade by a fair amount and beat the others by an astounding margin.
My top 10 were:
1. I liked the black marble black walnut type trim with the aluminum trim.
2. The wood insert on the steering wheel
3. Heated and Cooled seats + Heated back seats
4. Power running boards with Power Moon Roof and power rear window,
(power everything)
5. Power Fold Mirrors
6. Ambient lighting
7. Satan grill and tailgate insert (I know some hate it, but I love it)
8. 20” wheels
9. Wheel design
10. Because not everyone has one.
Face it, F150 is the most popular truck on the planet. If you spend 40-50K on a vehicle you want it to be a little different.
Also maybe it’s just me, but I test drove I would be over 75 vehicles, and the Platinum was the best ride of them all. The Lariat was close, but I felt the Platinum was better. It also seemed to be more quite, and now I read that they have extra sound dampening. I don’t know if this is correct or not, but it sure seems like it.
For me it came down to what was best for me, so I flipped a coin. While the coin was in the air I knew what I wanted it to come up, and so I never looked at the coin, and just bought the Platinum.

Trolling you
Also, there is a VERY small amount of time that I'd want a bench seat, but that 1% well... I'm not sure I have to tell you why ROFL Hello ladies?

New to the F150
I've owned a couple Ford trucks but they've all been Diesel. I have decided to go with a 2013 Lariat Eco Boost. I had to have the bench seat but wanted leather and Chrome bumpers so I had to special order it. I pick it up in a week and am very excited. I am hoping those of you who have had newer F150's in the past can let me in on any secrets or "what to do/what not to do's" with the F150.
I also want to trick it out a little and give it a leveling kit. I'm not sure if I'll have to go with bigger tires with a leveling kit to make it look good or not. Anyway any tips or tricks you wanted to share would be great
