Added 5100 Bilsteins, need advice
So I added my Bilsteins in the front at the highest setting. It raised the front 2.5" and now I think I need to raise the rear an inch but am not sure. Any opinions?

If you raise the rear 1" you should (suggested) get new shocks in the rear with more travel.
Good Luck

Or, just to add in another option...
Get a bigger replacement block for the rear
Throw some 5100 rears on
And... Replace your upper control arms with some after markets from camburg, icon, or total chaos.

According to the guy that alligned the front end, it is within tolerance so I dont think replacing control arms would be neccessary. I do think I want to put arear block in but I am not sure if I need 1 inch or 1.5 inch, I need to do some measuring. I read guys have put 2.5 inch blocks without having to change their shocks. What is a good rear block or should I just try to find the best priced one?

Problem with just throwing a lifting block in the rear is that your stock shocks or aftermarket shocks might not be the right length (travel) to work properly. Call Bilstein and let them know you need a rear shock with specific travel tolerances.

I think a 1 - 1.5 inch block would work with your set up now, but i wouldnt push it past that. Ideally id upgrade to longer 5100s in the rear

don't get why people who want their trucks leveled get a 2.5...
Is it me, or aren't people always saying it looks nose high? I wanna know how people decide on ANY 2.5 kit over a 2 inch.

Surprised nobody has mentioned getting an Add A Leaf for the rear. I think that will bring up the rear about 1.5" and Bilstein has a rear shock for the F-150 with more travel than your factory shocks. This also will increase your payload some and reduce the rear end dropping when you pull a heavy trailer.
