Platinum was in shop 127 days, my dealer recommended the lemon law and contacted regional Ford rep who did investigation and ok'd it, the Ford reaccqriued dept sends you a offer, if you take it , you get either a cash buy out
Or replace truck with equal or higher truck, there were no black tuxedo loaded platinum s with black interior with in 400 miles , So I took a 14 Limited pearl white, and paid 1600.00 difference I I used no lawyer it took 40 days

Forgot they replaced rear wheel liners, arero skin, mud flaps , window vent visors, and tri fold bed cover also and they waived the mileage charge 10 cents per mileon 13. , which was at 11800 miles. They treated very me well

That's crazy but glad they got it all worked out
