Just purchased my 2012 Platinum 4x4 EB CPO this past Saturday and been loving this forum. Wanted to see what the Platinum owners feel is the best leveling spacers to put on it without affecting the ride. Also plan on getting a Bakflip Tonneau Cover for the bed. Thanks for any input regarding leveling my Platinum.

Nice truck! Welcome to the club.

Leveling kits are a dime a dozen, ranging from less than $100 spacers, to $1200 coilover replacements. Personally I like the offerings from our vendor sponsor here, Alex F150Lifts.com. They have pretty much anything to get you setup. Alex is on a hunting trip and will be back on Wednesday, but I'd suggest hitting him up.

Here's their offerings for our rigs:

I though with the new aluminum fram towing would of gone up too for the 2015
If I change the rear end to 2.73 I got 11,200 for 4x4 or 11,300 for 4x2. But I agree I thought the tow weight was supposed to go up too.

I know I told my wife the same thing. And I love those 250 platinums.

Unless you are 100% positive you want to level, I would suggest against it.
The Ford engineers designed it a certain way for a reason. No matter what you do, the front of your truck will sit nose high if you level it. I say leave it be...your truck looks awesome as it is.

^ not true, level kits come in a wide range. My bilstein 5100 still have my front end a bit lower at the middle selector (1.5 or 1.75?)

I was referring to the simple leveling kits that are just bolt in type spacers. Those are not adjustable. Of course, if you spend the money on the bilstein setup, you can have it at any height you desire.

1.5" spacer on my last truck, left me with 0.75" of rake back to front. If you measure, and measure, and measure and choose wisely then you shouldn't be nose high.

I just added another 1" of rake to my Platinum via in the install of the Roadmaster Active Suspension. I now have almost 2" from back to front. I'l be looking into some coilovers for the next upgrade to get back to about 0.5" of rake.
