I fell in love with the truck and color combination when I first spotted it on the lot. It was hard to keep my poker face after the test drive. My truck is not as impressive as some of the modded examples, but I love it. After a few modifications I should be keeping up with the big boys. Here is some unmodified stock truck **** for me to contribute to this ongoing post to our amazing trucks

Good looking truck. I like that color. Looks good in the sun especially. Welcome to the club, and let the mods begin!

Wow you traded the CTS-V for the platinum. That must have been tough

Just ordered my 2010 supercrew platinum In tuxedo black. I'm going to be using it mostly for work but I will have to make a few trips a year from Boise to Denver

Thanks for all the great comments guys. It was tough trading in the V, but with a growing family of five and new priorities I really needed a new truck. I had a lot of fun and great times with the caddy. Here is a picture of the beast.

That thing is a beast... I looked at them for my wife, but she was wanting a new car, and didn't want to spend what Cadillac was asking, so we "settled" with the SHO. No complaints about it, but that ctsV sure is a monster! I'm sure you'll miss it. But, you did end up with the best truck money can buy IMO. Enjoy your platty!
