Plastidipped rims - different?

Thanks for the input!
If you look carefully I intend on putting a little black on the center caps, just so its not a big bright chrome circle in the middle of the rims.
I called probably 8 stores this weekend and everyone was sold out of plasti-dip here in Barrie (north of Toronto) So the project is on hold for a little bit until I can get some...

I dipped my STi stock wheels and it looks really good. The only issue I think would be it is hard to keep clean. Right after you do it they look amazing but a couple months down the road I felt like they always looked dirty. Also doing some brake work I knicked some off and had to respray the whole wheel to fix it. I think plasti dip is good to see if it's something you want permanently and if it is get it powder coated.
