I'm doing the same to the tailgate only, if I like it I will get some metallic black matte vinyl to make it more permanent.

It's actually silver lol but I believe I have a picture of it on a white truck

I've thought about it. It's good to see what it will look like. I actually thought of using the Anthracite PD on mine to make a kinda-sorta Platinum tailgate look

If I was going to do it I'd use vinyl. Vinyl would take a few years before it faded and started looking dull, Plasti-Dip would only take a few months.

I asked some vinyls shops around me and they said it'd be like 250

I have this planned for my truck as well...have the pd already, just need time.
