Default Plasti dip removal

What is the best and fastest way to remove it? Here's my situation. I bought a 14 c clamp grill and the previous owner plasti dip the black insert. Well he never told me when I bought it and before sending it to me. He removed some of it. Well I wanna sell this grill but figure I try to help the next person out. I have the grill in pieces so it should be easier to remove it off the black insert before I put it back together to sell. Thank you

I believe a petroleum based solvent would work. One of the things about cleaning PD, is to avoid that type solvent, so, it might work in reverse.
But these guys would know for sure;http://www.dipyourcar.com/forums/forum.php

I tried it but didn't help as much as I thought. I'm just gonna power spray it tomorrow. Then throw it up for sale on here.

I saw a video where a guy used Goo Gone. It looked kind of messy but it worked.
