well done let's hope you get another 20 years to life lol. Unfortunately I was not a candidate for the M5 titanium disc so got the next best thing fusion L4-S1. (****ty plan B but I still have all my limbs and can walk). I hope to get 15-20 years from this hardware but it comes at a price. No more deployments, no contact sports and no golf. I hope the military will allow me to continue to serve and to see patients. Anyhow enough of the pain killers talking. Thank you for you kind words and advice. Merry Christmas. Bill.

Hoping I'll get the life part! Mine is stainless: MedTronic Prestige at C4-5. Thanks to a great surgeon at Madigan AMC and his team, my pain was gone almost immediately post-op.
Don't enjoy those pain killers too much!

Mines going to stay dirty for a bit. We've got some wet weather on the way for about a week. Sure looks better when they're clean though.
