Default Ticking sounds

When I try to move my mirrors or my drivers seat on my 2011 Ford F-150 all I am hearing is a slight ticking sound. But the lumber support works on my seat. Passenger seat is fine just driver. Both went out at the same time and I checked the fuses and relays as well nothing.

So both mirrors? And your drivers seat doesn't move anything other than lumbar? Do you have memory seats? If so, the seat module controls the mirrors (for memory stuff) which is probably why they wouldn't work as well as your seat. I would guess that it is an issue with a bad connection or maybe the memory module went bad.
