A little Mud
I love my XLT and usually keep it quite clean. However this past weekend we went paintballing with a few friends and had a small closed road keeping us from our destination. I have to say I love the way this truck handles in the mud, even with crappy street tires we had no trouble in mud up to the frame. Below is a quick picture of it from last night and another from earlier this summer.

I don't know, what color are you thinking? I don't think black would work that well, just my opinion.

Black
I was thinkin black plastidip.........but so not sure yet. Lots of opinions (negative) about black w/ adobe......I will probably PTM the grill surruound and leave some chrome on it in limited amounts!....This color is gonna take some careful choices on accessories but I am really happy w/ how the color hides dirt and grime........

PTMing the surround will make a huge difference, and maybe black PD the mesh. You're in the same boat as myself, only mines Race Red. I've got the same wheels, really don't like chrome that much, but don't think black wheels would work on mine either. Just sitting back until I see something that might work better than the stockers. A friend suggested, blacking out the inset portion of the spokes, but still, IDK.
Please excuse the crap photo, when I clean it up again, I'll get a better photo.
