Picked up my new truck last week!! Pics!!
I picked up my new 2010 Lariat Screw 4x4 last Thursday. It took right at 7 weeks from order to delivery and it was worth every minute of the wait. I had a 2009 Lariat that was the same truck as far as options go but this time I went with the 6.5' bed. This thing rides better and looks better proportioned compared to the 5.5' bed.
I previously had an Oxford White with the Pueblo Gold trim but chose to go with the Royal Red and Pueblo Gold this time. It is much harder to keep clean but looks sharp. It seems that 1/2 of the supercrews I see on the road are white/tan and I got tired of that. I had the dealer put the Line-X liner in and so far I have installed Husky Weatherbeater floor liners, transferred my Camlocker toolbox and the Invision DVD headrest monitors from my other truck, had the front windows tinted and installed a Blendmount for my Escort 8500 radar detector. I have already put 850 miles on it since last Thursday and the MPG display is showing that I am averaging about 17 on the highway and 14-15 around town. Not too bad for the 5.4 with the 3.73 gears.
Anyway, you can check out my crappy phone pic. I will try to get some better photos soon but wanted to go ahead and introduce the new ride. This is a picture of the truck at the dealer before I picked it up last week.
