Default photoshop: F-150 "Titanium" edition....

I am really new to photoshop, so any "choppiness" you may see, please disregard. But I decided to blend all my favorite F-150 special edition features of the past and present into one model. So I got a picture of a Platinum (favorite interior), 2012 Harley Davidson (favorite lights and grille), 2008 Harley Davidson (favorite wheels), and blended them all together. I used GTcarlot.com as a source, and started with a picture of a new Platinum. Then I used the magnetic lasso mostly for grafting parts of the different trucks onto the Platinum, finally getting a ballpark result. It was difficult to find all similar angles of pictures for all 4 or 5 trucks I used, mostly the wheels and grille was the issue as for the most part I could find pictures of the trucks from the same dealer with the same camera angle. Then with some hue adjustment I got them to a similar color and light. Then where a "Limited" badge would be on the bed I put "Titanium".

For the interior, I got some nice DSLR pictures from here on the forums (thanks to #95 for the photo source) and modified the Platinum style interior slightly. I desaturated the center of the seats, where the "platinum" crest is, and the center console cover. In real life, this would be suede/alcantara. As a result, there's a beautifully balanced sienna brown seat with black accents and a mostly black interior, then finally "Titanium" stitched into where Platinum would normally be. Only mod to the dashboard is simply putting "Titanium" text above the nav screen where the dead space is (where the non-nav screen would be) to fill it in and add some character.

So basically, this truck is a black Limited with a different grille, I like it, Ford should consider it! Or someone make a real one out of their Platinum........

Looks interesting. Don't quit your day job.
I kid! I couldn't do better, no how no way.

Overall I like it.
It begs for a Harley/Limited bumper cover.
I would make the seat sides and back match the outer parts of the seating surface. Too many colours and it draws my eye away from the cushy looking seating surface.
I'd also shrink the Titanium text on the dash about 20% and darken it a bit to make it subtle.

I do like the real brushed aluminium trim of the Platinum and would happily add it to my truck. In this case it should be TITANIUM, like my door inserts and center stack. Okay, maybe not like mine. Mine is plastanium.

LOL, I'm in exam week and I don't have much to do so I whipped this up. I really like the Platinum satin metal but it wouldn't fit. The Platinum has a slightly different fit, It's hard to explain. Right where the satin metal meets the dashboard, there is about a 1-2 inch piece of plastic molded to the dash, so it would be a bit too short to fit. Don't know why they did that. Maybe to stop us from throwing $65k Platinum pieces into our XLT's and FX4's LOL.
