Default Passengers side rear sitting 1" lower than drivers side, help?

I picked up my first f150 yesterday. 2012 f150 xlt SuperCrew 4x4. It's got 62,000 miles and appears to be in immaculate condition. However when I got home and put the tape measure to it to prepare for a leveling kit, I found its sagging in the passenger side rear. It's only an inch higher than the front. The drivers side is 2 inches higher than the front and I assume that's proper. The front is the same on both sides. I'm kind of freaking out. help

Unfortunately it's "normal" ... about all you can do is take it back to the dealer and see if they can either swap the rear springs side to side and see if that helps, or perhaps replace the passenger side springs to see if that helps .. but pretty much ALL of our trucks (and other brands as well) have one side that sits lower than the other ...

on my truck, it's the driver's side rear that sits about 5/8" lower than the rear passenger side ... it bothered me at first, but I rarely even think about it anymore.
