Can you tell me how you hard wired it, and some photo's would help. Because I'm still having the same problems.

That's a before pic. I don't have an after. I didn't cut any wires and I just got some wire splices and matched the wires and connected them and then taped off the connectors...

Did it fix your problem? My headlight just started doing it again... I emailed morimoto about it this time.

If you've swapped ballasts and it didn't follow the ballast then replace the bulbs. There's only 3 components to your HID system, relay harness, bulbs and ballasts (and the wires in-between)

I've always already done that. It's something in the wiring. I've tried a new relay, ballast, and bulbs. It's something in the harness wires and this happens to everyone that I've talked to that has the conversion kit. It's something with the Morimoto harness

Check the wire pins on all the connectors. I had issues with my morimoto fogs turning on and off and ended up being loose pins. When the connectors came together the pins wouldn't stay and would push out. I ended up doing my own connectors and that fixed it.
