Default Parking garage, will I fit?

2011 FX4 screw 6.5' bed, with 2" level and 275/70R18. I have to travel to Roanoke Va for work and we are required to park in the parking garage adjacent to our building. The clearance is 6'8". Will I fit????

Do you not have a tape measure?

I did that! I'm just a little OCD and second guess everything.

I would take the tape measure to the parking garage to confirm it is what it says it is, I've hit my roof bike racks that I measured and knew were less than the posted height of the parking garage. Be sure to go when its not peak rush time for the garage, if you have to back up and try something else... all else fails and only need an inch, carry an air compressor and air down each time.

On my 07 when it had a level with 275/60R20's I wouldn't attempt anything lower than 7', now that it has 35's I can't do anything lower than 7'. With the other I believe it would fit but I like to have some extra room incase there's speed bumps or high spots in the garage.

I was wondering this same thing. I pick up my truck this wednesday and want to park it underground at work. Measured the height to the pipes this morning at 83" (6' 11") but don't know the height of the FX4 yet. Just make sure you take into account the lowest possible clearance (hanging signs, pipe junctions, etc). I once helped a friend get un-stuck in a garage and it was not fun.

I measured from the ground to the top of my third brake light and it says I could have about 2" of clearance.

Satellite antenna should be the highest point on a truly leveled truck. And 2" is way tighter of a clearance than I want to mess with. There's too many variables involved for me to risk that.

Ya that 2" of clearance would not cut it for me... floor would have to be consistant throughout. Plus the overhangs..pipes and signs... Risky... however...if you do try it and get stuck.. just let the air out of your tires...should drop it enough to continue on!! Lol
