Welp, 6 days later and been driving it every day. By now, it should have thrown the light if something was wrong, but it hasn't. A quick check of the LTFT tonight showed they were well within the ~20% range, Bank 1 at 5%, Bank 2 at 3%.

So, I'm going to call this fixed. Dirty MAF sensor.

Jesus! A dirty MAF Sensor "stumps" the dealership techs. Ridiculous! This does not say much for technical troubleshooting abilities!

Glad you diagnosed and resolved the issues without much more complex and deep troubleshooting. Plus you will get better fuel economy and performance with a clean MAF!
