they are going for right at $36k otd here in Tampa... seems a bit high but you are in the commi liberal state (I am native so I can say it)
EDIT, didnt see the lux package... so take that on the $36k..... I'd say you are about "average"

My opinion I would call the Ford store Morgan Hill run it buy the sales Mgr. see what he says... Your close enough another 3,000.00 would be worth the drive if its in there.... If not then you know for sure.....

+1........hard to beat the Morgan Hill Ford store. I leased my fx4 so I can't really compare my deal to yours but they will work with you.

That build is about $41,000 invoice, and it looks like you have the same $3,000 in rebate incentives we have around here according to the Ford web site..
So you are at $125 over invoice. Not bad, not spectacular. About the same as Ford "X plan" pricing. These trucks have another couple of grand plus in holdbacks, and it's not uncommon to get a deal below invoice (less rebates). Probably best-case another $500 or so discount.
Doesn't sound like you are using one of Ford's $750 "private cash" coupons you sometimes get for requesting a brochure online. If you are, then not such a good deal at almost $900 over invoice less rebates...
Incentives change on the 4th of each month. You could wait a few more days and see what happens. Always possible the rebates will be worse than they are now, but I doubt it.
For pricing in your area, use www.zag.com or www.truecar.com and see what prices they come up with and what dealers they send you to. FAR easier than dealing with most idiot/aggressive/underinformed salespeople you will talk to by walking up to a dealer cold. But also be careful, Ford incentives change a bunch and are often model specific, and Zag/truecar sometimes underreport the actual incentives. Take their above/below invoice number, apply correct incentive info from the Ford website or dealer, and you have your actual price.
Around here, truecar and zag (same company actually) come back with $610 under invoice less incentives, with the dealer "D&H" fee on top of that making the actual deal more like $150 under invoice less incentives...
